5. Generally, when using non adhesive sports tape, it should be from the inside out, and from the distal end to the trunk. At the beginning of the bandaging, two ring non adhesive sports tape must be made to fix the bandage.
6. When wrapping, grasp the bandage roll to avoid falling. The non adhesive sports tape should be rolled and applied flat to the bandaged area.
7. The pressure should be equal every week when bandaging, and it should not be too light, so as not to fall off. It should not be too tight, so as to avoid circulatory disturbance.
8. Except for patients with acute bleeding, open wounds or fractures, the local area must be clean and dry before bandaging.
9. Rings, gold bracelets and watch necklaces should be removed before dressing.

1. Before dressing
Consult a doctor after injury, avoid swollen areas, and clean non adhesive sports tape(sweat, booty, body hair).
2. Bandaging
Do not interfere with the skills of nerves and blood vessels, maintain a certain range of motion of the joints, and do not appear wrinkles, bubbles, and gaps.
3. After bandaging
Remove immediately if symptoms such as changes in skin color, allergies, etc. occur, and immediately after exercise.
How to use the non adhesive sports tape:
Before taping, an assessment is required to determine the purpose and method of taping.
The longest time for a single taping can be up to 5 days, generally 1-3 days, which can be adjusted according to the actual situation.
There are no absolute contraindications to the non adhesive sports tape, but those who are allergic to the patch should avoid open wounds and areas with skin disorders.
Remove the non adhesive sports tape: slowly lift the patch along the direction of the body hair, tear the skin off the patch, remove it when taking a bath, and observe whether the skin is red and swollen and other adverse manifestations. The best interval between two taping is more than 4 hours.
