All products can be shipped anywhere in the world by sea, air, or via DHL, FedEx, or UPS international express logistics.

You can get a free quote by filling out the form with your name, email, address details, products, and requirements. We will contact you shortly with complete information, including the most suitable delivery method (fast, safe, discreet ) and shipping costs.
Usually, we ship our products by sea, but sometimes, according to customers’ requirements, we can also ship by air or train. When the products arrive at your seaport or destination, you can pick them up with the bill of lading we provide. We can also arrange for door-to-door delivery via freight forwarder.
Shipping and Tracking
If the actual shipping cost is higher than the initial shipping cost calculated due to the lighter weight of the package, we reserve the right to adjust the shipping cost. Aupcon is responsible for paying all transportation costs payable when entering the destination.
Customs fees, taxes, and duties need to be negotiated with us after you verify the local conditions. Small goods in most areas do not require VAT or customs fees but may be required in the EU. When the cost is within our acceptable range, Aupcon can pay for it.
Once the product leaves our facility, your shipment will be assigned a delivery number. This is the tracking number for your shipment. We will contact you with tracking information and a website where you can monitor your shipment.
After-sales service
For the safety of your goods transportation, we will carefully select carriers to transport your products safely and courteously at reasonable prices. However, due to the long transportation distance, damage to the packaging or products is inevitable.
Although it rarely happens, it does happen. If you find that the product or package is damaged after receiving the package, please contact us promptly and provide photos and videos to speed up the claim process.
We ask customers to notify us within 24 hours if there is any damage to the packaging or product during re-shipping. Customers can contact us at [email protected] and we will contact you on the next working day.
