Refund and Returns Policy
In case of dissatisfaction from our services or products, purchaser have the liberty to request a refund from us. Our Policy for the refund will be as follows:
Purchaser shall be eligible for a refund of purchased product according to the terms of this policy (“Refund Policy”). The Refund Policy shall not supersede or replace AUPCON limited warranty or disclaimer of such warranty contained in AUPCON’s End User Licence Agreement. The Refund Policy is applicable solely within the timelines set-forth herein and subject to the requirements set forth herein.
If you want to refund our product then:
Submit a formal request in writing by emailing [email protected] or call +86-18852653065 to confirm the refund.
- Firstly, it should be returned with in 30 days after the date of dispatch.
- Secondly, after getting your product, shipping charges + transaction charges + packing charges will be deducted from your amount & remaining amount will be transfer in your account if product is not having any type of damage.
- Thirdly, if we got the product after 30 days from date of delivery, it will not be accepted.
If paid by credit card/debit card/net banking, refunds will be issued to the original credit card/debit card/net banking provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway payments refund will be made to the same account.
New product from AUPCON carry a one-year warranty that is effective from the date of shipping. Product sold through dealers must be registered with AUPCON within 30 days of purchase to be covered by this warranty.
AUPCON guarantees all new product sold to be free of manufacturers’ defective workmanship, parts and materials. We will repair or replace, without charge, any parts determined by AUPCON to be a manufacturer’s defect. We require that the defective item/part be returned to AUPCON with the complaint. In the event the item/part is determined to be damaged due to lack of maintenance, cleaning, and/or misuse/abuse, the customer will be responsible for the cost to replace the item/part, plus all related shipping charges. This limited warranty does not apply to natural disasters; acts of terrorism; normal wear and tear; product failure due to lack of maintenance or cleaning; damage caused by accident, neglect, lack of or inadequate dust collection; and/or misuse/abuse or damage caused where repair or alterations have been made or attempted by others.
All items being returned to AUPCON must have a return merchandise authorization number (RMA) issued by the Customer Service Department. Products must be returned within 30 days from delivery date. No merchandise shall be returned without an RMA number. Unapproved returns are subject to a 25% stocking fee plus round trip shipping charges.
AUPCON is not responsible for additional tools or modifications sold or performed (other than from/by AUPCON) on any AUPCON product. Warranty may be voided upon the addition of such described tools and/or modifications, determined on a case-by-case basis by AUPCON.
Normal user alignment, adjustment, tuning, and machine settings are not covered by this warranty. It is the responsibility of the user to understand basic CNC machinery settings and procedures and to properly maintain the equipment in accordance with the standards provided by the manufacturer.
Prts, under warranty, are shipped at AUPCON’s cost either by common carrier, FEDEX ground service or a similar method. Technical support to install replacement parts is primarily provided by phone, fax, e-mail or AUPCON Customer Support Website. The labour required to install replacement parts is the responsibility of the user.
AUPCON is not responsible for damage or loss caused by a freight company or other circumstances not in our control. All claims for loss or damaged goods must be notified to AUPCON within 24 hours of delivery. Please contact our Customer Service Department for more information.

Replacement parts/ accessories/ machines are sent free of charge providing the item being replaced is returned to AUPCON within 30 days.
Please keep all the packaging materials to repack the parts / accessories / machine being replaced. If the item is a small item, a return label will be enclosed in your package. Do not throw this away. Please package the item and write both inside and outside the box the RMA number which was provided through an email and or verbally at the time of the request.
In the event that the item (the product) is not returned to AUPCON, you will be responsible for the cost of the item. Your account will be billed. No service will be given until this balance is paid, or the item returned in good condition.
